"Frank was easy to schedule and I felt comfortable leaving him in my house alone. He put up with my crazy dogs too. He showed up when he said he would and was quick to get the job done. The fireplace installer made a mistake and had to cut a hole in my brick and Frank quickly came to repair it and you can not even tell where the hole was. We also had a problem with our hearth stones that Frank was able to correct (not his fault) and now we have the fireplace of our dreams. Frank takes great pride in his work and it shows. "Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!
