"Very quick response time. This was a fairly small patio job and due to HOA constraints couldnâ t use big machines. Still, they got it done in one day. They had great design suggestions and went beyond my expectations. They even added some dirt around the stepping stones and tamped it down, which was not included in the work order, just to improve the appearance next to the patio. PLUS, the crew was respectful and good natured when I changed my mind about the steppingstones placement as they were laying them down."

"The worker showed up on time and put down protection around the fireplace area to contain the mess.  He cleaned the fireplace thoroughly, and swept the chimney from both inside the house and from the roof.  He was tidy and cleaned up after himself.  The process took about an hour.  H e suggested that we burn some creosote-destroying bricks because of a build-up of creosote, and recommended that we have another cleaning next fall to get off the remaining residue.
