"The work was to replace some rotten boards on a deck.  The work was not finished. Tyrone's son replaced deck boards that were rotten but the threshold under the door that had to be removed in order to replace boards was left out.  I asked the son replace the threshold and he said he would, but when Tyrone came to collect for the work he said that the threshold did not fit.  he said that I would have to take care of that. This is a problem! The house is a rental and I will have to hire someone else to complete the work or leave it unfinished. At the price I paid him you would think he would finish the work."
