"I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

This was a safety issue for my grand children who might have rolled down into the river on such a steep grade. The decorative & Functional fence did not obstruct our waterfront views. Weed barrier put down and covered with mulch so I can put large pots on top. I wanted flowers without weeding. Donta understood what I wanted. He and his team did a wonderful job!!!! He came and priced it one day and started the next day. Two days of HARD work and job completed. They removed a 14 foot truck full of weeds, bushes, roots and unwanted plants.
