"I have a house with circa 1890's brick and mortar that once had seashells in it. David Ricard gave me a fair estimate to fill in mortar where a house brick was party broken by a telecom company and where some mortar fell out from an area a larger masonry company had repointed a few years before. David and his brother showed up on time, did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and cleaned up after. He showed that he understands different kinds of brick and the mortar required. I wish I had known about David before I hired that other company a few years before because the larger company didn't do a particularly good repointing job. I have upcoming mortar work needed on my front walkway and will be calling David for that repair. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others."

"The crew built a new wall and rebuilt an existing walkway in my back yard. It took them two day to complete the project and a few extra hours to tidy up a few minor things. Now there is a beautiful stone wall and walkway that greatly enhances the rustic ambiance that we were looking for. I'd recommend these guys any time."

"Diversified Contractors was one of four companies that we contacted for design ideas and estimate. Mike Erickson, owner, was the first person to respond and was professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the process. He came out to meet with us to hear about our vision and discuss ideas. Mike was the most prompt with an estimate (including a second one, when I changed my design ideas). He was always very patient and responsive to my many, many questions and ideas and was able to quickly grasp the look and feel we were going for. We decided to move forward with DC because of their responsiveness, recommendations, and reasonable pricing for the work. While the work was delayed due to a very rainy couple of weeks, Mike was very good about communicating throughout the process. The team that came did a very good job with demolition, laying the foundation, and cleaning up after themselves each day; and the stone masons did beautiful work. They were attentive to the design and my daily input and clearly took great pride in their work. Mike came out each day to discuss progress. The final product is all that we could hope for, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our new patio. I have recommended DC to family and neighbors and will use them without hesitation for future projects."
