"They did brick paving and they did a good job back in April of last year; so we called them back to do a bit more. I have used them a lot in the past but my last experience with the paving wasn't so good. I had to get them to come to lay the paving stones and they put down the wrong color. It was not just the wrong color; they used two different colors in the same stretch of path and it did not match. So I told them they have to redo the whole thing. The guy was very argumentative about it. Instead of just saying we were wrong and we will fix it; he got very defensive and argumentative. I will not hire them again because of that. They also painted the house and they actually did a good work for painting. Primary business was paving, it ended up being a good job but the way they did it wasn't ideal. I would not recommend them."

"We had Alfie as our project manager and Alfie did an outstanding job. His way of treating us as customers was top notch. He always made time to speak with us and always called back as soon as he could when we had a question or concern. He went to great lengths to make us happy - finding just the right solid wood door or finding the right Carrera stone to make our soap dish area. His workers, Luis and Mingo, were so considerate, neat, and trustworthy. We felt absolutely no hesitation leaving them to work alone in our house and they were attentive to keeping things as clean as possible in the house. The bathroom turned out fantastic! It's even more beautiful than I could have imagined that it would turn out. The workmanship, particularly with the tile, is incredible. Our only difficulty occurred with the electrical subcontractor who worked on the project. Some things weren't done the way we wanted them initially. But when we talked with Alfie about it, he was always able to get the workers to fix things and change them to our satisfaction. Alfie was always professional, courteous, and constantly focused on satisfying us as customers. He is outstanding in this way."

"Tony met with me on the date and time we had agreed upon. We went over what I wanted and needed in terms of a remodel of my 12 year old mobile home. He made some very fine recommendations with realistic descriptions of why one product has benefits that another does not have. His recommendations were informative, not designed to be pressured.
The down payment was the legal amount. Work was scheduled within a few days and commenced on the day we had agreed upon. There was a written and signed contract that was adhered to throughout the project. Incremental payments were made according to the schedule outlined in the contract.
Tony's team was comprised of the foreman, Marcos and his partner, 3 painters (exterior and interior) including Louis (a most kind and gentle person who works hard), 3 floorers (who installed the hardwood flooring), 3 stone cutters (who installed the new kitchen counter tops with precision),  2 tilers (who installed the tile in the bathrooms and laundry room), and an electrician. Each team participated in the hard work required during the preparation and clean up for each of their tasks, moving furniture to accommodate the need of the current project, covering everything necessary with plastic to protect it from paint and construction dust, and moving everything back to where it belonged ? including reconnecting everything and making sure it all worked as it was supposed to. Each teams' attention to detail was noticeable and appreciated. All the work was of excellent quality. I certainly would recommend Tony without hesitation.
Tony's crew always paid attention to the requirements of the mobile home park and its regulations without a single problem or complaint.
This was, at least for me, a huge project that required a certain amount of courage and perseverance on my part ? and of course the years long savings necessary to pay for it all. I was nervous all along the way, but Tony and his team were there every day doing the work promised for the pay promised. So as time went on I felt better and safer knowing I was in the hands of an honest contractor with integrity.
