"Replaced stone/paver walkway with poured concrete 35' long by 44'' wide. Received quote from Randy Inch, work done by his son. He did a fabulous job, price seemed very reasonable and a lot cheaper from one other quote I received. It looks really nice. He knew what he was talking about."

"Edgar has done everything from tearing down and rebuilding brick stoop walls and topping with new cement toppers, repointing brickwork on the main house to repairing a very high chimney on a terra cotta roof. He also followed us to our new home in a different county and did timely repairs and topped our stone chimney and acid washed the stone fireplace inside. He is very professional and polite, does great work at a fair price."

"I am incredibly pleased with Surge Contracting! From our initial contact, Joe was reasonable and honest with his estimate and professional in his workmanship. My chimney needed an entire re-pointing of the stone with cement and mortar, re-building of the crown and installation of two caps. Joe and his crew produced an amazing final project in a timely manner as predicted in his estimate. Not only was I pleased with his work, but he was, as well - which seems especially important to me. Pictures before and after were of great benefit to me, the customer. I highly recommend this company with full confidence and expect to hire Surge Contracting again for additional projects. This company is one of the BEST I have found on Home Advisor!"

"In addition to doing a very thorough job on our to woodstove chimneys they took the time to give us a quote for out brick chimney that vents our furnace. We were very pleased with the service."

"Project took a little longer than expected with making the forms for the cement, as the man doing the work didn't understand exactly how Mark Pawling wanted it done. Mark was at a different job site and not available. However, once Mark was here things went much better. Overall he and his crew did an excellent job, and made sure we were happy with the job. The job started on Monday and was completed to our complete satisfaction the following week on Tuesday. I felt Mark really listened to us and did the work the way we wanted it done."
