Bob was great at balancing the time spent on the different sections of the house. For example, the back of my garage wall had some pretty bad spots, but my concern was not with perfection of the look, just keeping water out and the cost down, while the re pointing he did above the windows and in the brick work facing the street he spent more time on to blend in with the preexisting brick and it looks fantastic. They spent four days re pointing the stone in an exact match to the rest of the 1853 stone work A new large stainless steel chimney cap was installed The top of the chimney was treated wit a water proofing material. "John and his team did fantastic work on this project! There were 2 major aspects of my exterior restoration project. First was to remove failing stucco off the brick front face. This uncovered damaged headers that needed to be replaced, along with some brick work that needed to be restored. Second phase was to restore the bricks, replace the broken headers, and repoint. John's team lovingly restored the original 1920's bricks (even going out to Harrisburg to find matching bricks!), beautifully refinished the base beside the sidewalk, and installed a dryer vent. Everyone on the team was very communicative throughout the entire process, and left me with a lovely restored Philly row home!
