"The coordination between the Driveway Lady and her partner/husband was not good. It felt like she was making promises and he was trying to cut corners. He tried to skimp on landscape fabric and on rolling (compacting) the stone until I insisted otherwise. I discovered after they left that his men had dumped about a ton of our old gravel base in the arborvitae bushes that line the far end of our long driveway. They also spread the stone unevenly, so that now, just a month later, weeds are coming up in some spots. While I personally like these people, I would not recommend them."

Dixon as other reviewers noted is very knowledgeable. If you have questions on plants or general engineering...he knows it. We had concern about some of the stone installed and he quickly fixed the concern..no questions but explained why the marks were there. He is honest and you can trust what he is saying. After meeting him, we did not even bid the project out. Phase 2 will start next year."

"Theodore Samson and Ron Samson did an excellent job of updating my property! They did carpentry replacing rotting wood structures and painting entire outside buildings and dog agility equipment. They kept me informed of when they would arrive on a regular basis and what they were doing to accomplish that day. They were polite and friendly and I enjoyed them and their work. If you are looking for a professional job for your project I highly recommend this father and son team!!!"
