Make sure the rendering reflexes the same as dimensions showing make sure he signs that dimensions are same as rendering shows and builder agrees they are the same before they build them for you. "I had a water valve break and ended up with 4 inches of water in my basement and 2 inches on the main floor. There was lots of demolition and then rebuild. Tearing out sheetrock, all flooring, cabinets, and preparing for the rebuild. He did hanging Sheetrock,prepping it, painting . He did sub flooring, woodwork, install lights fixtures, He also worked with sub contractors. He was very dependable, a perfectionist, and a hard worker. He did an excellent job of communicating with me as things were being done. He did many other tasks that I probably am forgetting. I would definitely recommend Kaycee."
