Nonetheless, although there was no advantage for him, Mike spent considerable extra time explaining my options, and helped steer me away from the approach toward which I had been leaning. I thought it worth sharing my experience as an example of the character of this company’s leadership."

"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

US pro painting did a wonderful job with flawless painting, reinstallation of lower cabinets and installation of new curio glass cabinets. JR, the owner, was very cooperative, and provided photos at each step of the renovation, since we were away during that time. If we have a painting or renovation project, we will use them again."
