"Josh and team (Woody and Adam), completed an excellent paint job in a timely manner and reasonable price. (April, 2019), We had all our interior painted and I was concerned the colours I wanted would be matched and they were exact. Josh also offered cost saving suggestions for our scratched cabinets. When we are ready, we will be hiring again for deck and outside trim. He is highly recommended as someone who is trustworthy, fair and enthusiastic about getting the job done. But the absolute most important quality he and crew possess, is taking pride in their work. Josh, Woody and Adam ROCK! Thank you!"

"Donovan is a skilled craftsman. He is professional, honest, and conscientious. He replaced the skirting on our double-wide and, besides making the skirting look better than the house, he made two very nice-looking little doors to allow us to access under our house. He also made a very good suggestion of adding a line of caulk around the house above the skirting. He came in below his estimate. I will definitely hire him again if I have another project."

"The pads came out beautifully and fit perfectly. My table is an unusual size and goes from round to oval when expanded. The pads look great and if I wanted I could even leave them on all the time. They fit together easily and they're easy to put on and remove"

"We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. The hinges and hardware are high quality. We are extremely pleased with AWD and would recommend them to any friends or family looking for good cabinets at a fair price."

"If you need reliable contractor, my strong recommendation is Palm Construction. I hired them to build a deck and they did phenomenal job. Ray and his brilliant team made this project simple and non painful. I worked with many contractors and this was my best experience. They also charged at the end very reasonable final price, although quality of materials is superb. I can't recommend enough!"

"Fantastic! It was the best home improvement/maintenance experience I have ever had. This is the contractor I have been looking for for a very long time. I knew there had to be at least one perfect contractor out there. He was on time, courteous, trustworthy, competent, professional, takes pride in work and is very talented. I asked him to take off his shoes when he did work inside and he did every time he went back and forth to his truck. We plan on using his services once a month for all of our improvement and maintenance projects. The deck stairs look great! He matched the posts and banister exactly to the existing posts and banister. I was very impressed."

"I called San Diego Water Damage & Remediation Services immediately after realizing that overnight, our kitchen had suffered from a flood of nearly biblical proportions. A water line had sprung a leak in the ice maker, dumping a large volume of water on the floor, under the cabinets, into the wall, everything was just soaked. I was pleased to get an immediate answer on the phone when I called San Diego Water Damage & Remediation Services. They quickly calmed me down, and had a specialist in my home within an hour. I was surprised to see how quickly they were able to assess the damage and get started drying things out. I was also surprised that the owner of the company, Rafael arrived at my home a few hours later to personally check on the progress of the job. Rafael checked in almost daily to make sure things were progressing smoothly, which I really appreciated! After several hours of clean-up, and thankfully finding no mold, the team had installed an array of specialized drying equipment, including one specially designed for hardwood floors. I was very concerned that the flooring would have to be replaced, driving up the cost. Fortunately that was no problem! After several days my floors, walls, and cabinets were *completely* dry. I've been through water remediations in the past and I've never seen a more thorough or complete job. These folks use these amazing IR cameras and water sensors to literally pinpoint the spots that are still the tiniest bit damp and reposition the equipment in just the right spots to dry them out. When they left I was totally confident that my house was completely dry! Overall I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service that the entire San Diego Water Damage & Remediation Service team provided. They truly behaved like guests in our home. A big thank you to the entire team!"
