"We hired Herc and the Derek Construction team for a deck project The job consisted of a tear down and new build. The job was completed in 8 days (one rainy day) from start to finish. The guys arrived early and did a full days work. The owner was on-site for the majority of job and was accessible on a daily basis.

The price was fair and they were able to complete a separate job (new framing & stairs leading to the yard) within the same time frame that the deck was estimated for.
