"Marcus was very communicative before job day. He came in person to see the rooms needing work so he could make a firm quote, and then returned the next day to complete the job. He and his co-worker arrived on time and worked very steadily. I requested 3 rooms of carpet cleaning, 1 large lower level tile floor scrubbing, and stairs sanding/staining.
