"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. "I was very pleased with the air duct cleaning. Gentleman was careful and worked very hard. When done with air duct cleaning then cleaned the carpet. Their machine did not have enough power to pull up smashed carpet from furniture (and tried to tell me dog must have eaten the carpet out there. He had one machine quit working while he was here. And he knew there was lots of dog hair and it did not begin to remove all of that or even most of it. Then I asked him if they offered to Scott Guard the carpet and they do not even offer this option which I would have loved to have done in the high traffic areas."

"It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is. 

The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them."

"They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."

Didn’t try to sneak in extras and was upfront about all he would do. Very considerate too as they made sure all areas the were working in were throughly cordoned off with plastic sheeting to keep us from seeing any mess.
