When they arrived they were respectful And extremely knowledgeable. Got 2 rooms and hallway cleaned in 10-15 min and got ALL the stains out. I highly recommend this company. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Took everything out, cleaned, and were able to reorganize so that it went from a cluttered mess to well organized with lots of remaining space. They even repaired a hole in the shed wall! "Andrew did a good job. He called me on 4/26/2017 and asked me if it is ok to arrive earlier since there was an unexpected cancellation. I told him yes. Before he started the work, he called me and made me aware that the basement carpet is very old, worn out and stained, thus I can't expect that it will be restored after cleaning. So I told him to do the best he could to clean it and deodorize because for sure it would look a lot better than before cleaning it. Amazingly, it turned out better than expected! I was texted a picture of the before and after cleaning a few areas on the total carpet in the basement and it made a big difference after Andrew cleaned it. Thanks again, Andrew!!!It was nice working with you from Baton Rouge, LA even though the actual work was done in Cincinnati, OH."

"My wife and I were very impressed with the cleaning service.  We have used several other cleaning services in the past and have never had great results.  The two girls worked for appx 2.5 hours and covered alot of area.  They were detailed and worked diligently. 
Out of all the cleaning service companies we have used, i would reccommend this one as the best.  I will continue to update this review for future visits, if anything were to change.
