"The technician arrived on time and was courteous. He explained the cleaning process. He did a thorough job. He said the carpet would dry in 2 hours and it took closer to 12 hours. I was concerned that the carpet was too wet. It also felt tacky but once I vacuumed it, it looked great and felt normal.

"Paramount showed earlier than the designated time. Which was just fine with us. They steam cleaned the affected area and scotch guarded the area as well. I happened to notice on the side of their van that they cleaned tile grout. They were willing to do it while they were here on my polished limestone bathroom and shower stall. "My wife and I were very impressed with the cleaning service.  We have used several other cleaning services in the past and have never had great results.  The two girls worked for appx 2.5 hours and covered alot of area.  They were detailed and worked diligently.
