She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

However when it came time to pay the price had risen from $138 to $208! Imagine my shock! I did ask him to go over 2 area rugs but he did not tell me the price to do it would be so high! To add insult to injury they had a 5 room special for $188 which I requested and ultimately got but I probably will not use them again as I was disappointed with how that was handled by the woman in the office who gave me the quote(s)."
