"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Very pleased. They called prior to arriving and did a GREAT job. I have added them to our list for future cleaning projects."

"Absolutely thrilled with my carpet cleaning! Arrived on time and did an amazing job with steam cleaning. My carpets look brand new. The whole house smells fresh and feels so much cleaner. Highly recommend!"

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"Window cleaning project went well. They wanted to make sure that I was pleased with their work. They were very pleasant to work with and communicated well. I would definitely hire them again."

I strongly believe in giving my absolute best to each and every client. We look forward to earning your business. I pride myself on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work.
