We were shocked that our dogs started marking, and we learned that the previous owners had older dogs that had frequent accidents in the house. "Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"I was very pleased with the air duct cleaning. Gentleman was careful and worked very hard. When done with air duct cleaning then cleaned the carpet. Their machine did not have enough power to pull up smashed carpet from furniture (and tried to tell me dog must have eaten the carpet out there. He had one machine quit working while he was here. And he knew there was lots of dog hair and it did not begin to remove all of that or even most of it. Then I asked him if they offered to Scott Guard the carpet and they do not even offer this option which I would have loved to have done in the high traffic areas."

"They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."
