"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"

"Bob truly is a professional. He cleaned an area on my master bedroom rug damaged/stained by a Kirby vacuum and shampooer representative. I explained the scenario to Bob and he pre-treated the damaged/stained areas and thoroughly cleaned the carpet. During the cleaning process, he explained solutions to certain stains should the necessity arise. He was prompt, thorough and someone I will recommend. I will be a customer of Bob's for life!!!!!"

"Came and performed job on schedule. No hassles. Have since used them again for carpet cleaning work in the recent past. They did a great job."

"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

"I had my carpets cleaned along with four area rugs. It was a big area and really needed the cleaning! Aidan did an amazing job. He was very professional, efficient and detailed. Great customer service and great job cleaning! I highly recommend Olver Carpet Cleaning."
