"This was the best our carpets have ever been cleaned. Great job. Great value. We will definitely hire again! Very pleased."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Very good local merchant, quality carpet and upholstery cleaning all around. This business was able to complete a post flooding cleanup where a basement ceiling collapsed onto the floor and a heirloom couch, leaving plaster, paint, and drywall everywhere. My original insurance co. selected contractor for cleaning this, a well known chain, misled me by denying to do my furniture because he thought it was upholstered in leather. In truth, it was simply microfiber, that plenty of other couches are made of. Ken extremely nice and helpful, demystified this issue for me, & earning my business in the process. They completed a great job with no "alleged" negative effects on the couch, such as the pigment coming off or fabric unraveling, and at a significant cost savings compared to the other guy. Highly recommended for local flooring and upholstery jobs big or small!"

"I was not there to meet Andrew and we had a little confusion with getting payment to him but he still was as nice as could be and did an EXCELLENT job. Our carpet was really bad in our master bedroom = when Andrew was done I was amazed. Thank you Heaven's best for doing such a great job. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their carpet cleaned. It was a great job for a GREAT price."

"He was pleasant. Unfortunately he didn't get all the spots out of my rugs. I wasn't completely happy with the results."

"Mike was eager to get the job. He replied to the search on HA within 30 minutes of posting and got the job done several days later. He uses a cleaning machine that seemed to be more like what we can rent but he moved furniture and did a complete job. Our carpets weren t filthy but does appear cleaner in a high traffic area. Also cleaned a recliner which was dirty and now appears clean!"
