"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. "The guy responded to my request within about half an hour, was at my condo about an hour after that, cleaned 2 bedrooms of carpet within less than an hour, and even mopped the hallway where that carpet cleaning machine dripped a little water. And this was all on a Saturday morning! It was a very good experience and very reasonably priced. The only issue I had was that he didn't mention to me that he wanted me to pay cash. The company apparently doesn't take credit cards, and I didn't have that much cash lying around. Had to write him a check and oddly enough, he wanted it made out to him personally, not to the company. Thought that was strange."
