"The two technicians, Junior and Jonathan, were VERY nice, polite, friendly, and helpful. They appeared to be very good at their work. They called 30 minutes before arrival and were a few minutes early. They let me know what they found by taking photos of the ducts and vent and explained what was there. They cleaned up any little bits of debris and left everything as they found it. They wore shoe covers in the house to protect our carpet. And very important to us, they took great care not to have the doors open when my cats were around (before I could safely lock them in the bedroom). The person who I spoke with on the phone, Belinda, who did the scheduling was extremely nice and efficient. I wish all service appointments went this smoothly. I highly recommend this company. P.S. The only stumble we had was that our initial appointment got pushed to the next day at the last minute. Belinda was very pleasant about it even when I expressed my unhappiness about the inconvenience. But I saw that we were given a great deal of attention and our cleaning needs were their priority while they were here. Unexpected things come up and can delay a job. It was handled in the best way possible."
