I especially appreciate that he is super organized and keeps his work area tidy and clean as he goes. Pricing is very fair and assume it depends on the work effort. I had the entire lower level cleaned, a sunroom, and also many upholstered chairs and armchairs cleaned. Tom is not one to take breaks and have distractions. He is 100% focused on you and your home. "Krispy Clean did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and in a very timely manner. The staff was friendly and responsive. My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."

"I have used this company on 2 different occasions and was extremely satisfied with both. The carpets came out perfect!! Stains the other company had left White Glove was able to get out with no problem! I had our dryer vent cleaned and our air vents and the air is noticeably cleaner. There was dust that had collected in all of our vent covers and they cleaned it out for me along with our furnace. The employees and owner are professional and courteous. They go the extra mile by placing your furniture on styrofoam blocks so legs don't get wet from carpet cleaning. They wear booties when walking around on the carpets too! I will be using them again and highly recommend them to everyone."

"We had a troublesome issue with allergies to mold.  We had it remediated by another company, but I was still experiencing symptoms after having it removed and cleaning the duct work.  Jymrsa was called by our HVAC guy to get a reading on the house to see what the levels of mold were in the places where I was experiencing reactions.   The JYMRSA team was professional, on time, and very respectful of us and our house.  With the mold, the levels weren't high but it turns out I am very sensitive to it.  It brought me great comfort to know that the mold was normal everyday mold and not toxic.  We had them do a carpet cleaning in the whole house (all carpet!) and it helped too.  The house smelled better and my reaction was lessened a bit by that step.  As an added bonus, they were even able to remove some stains that I worried might be there to stay.  If you have a mold problem, the process is a lot like peeling the layers off an onion.  You have to work one step at a time and I'd definately recommend JYMRSA. They're knowledgeable, they didn't use scare tactics, and they were respectful.
