Dennis responded immediately to my request and I was convinced of his ability to restore my carpet to the best condition possible, and he really came through! My cream colored carpet was littered with significant cat vomit stains and had an overall grayish cast that a previous cleaning service could not eliminate. Dennis made my carpet look bright and new, and every stain was removed without a trace. He removed almost all water so I could walk on the carpet directly afterward and it was almost completely dry before I went to bed 8 hours later, totally dry by morning.
