"Rick was wonderful. He came and unpackaged and built a 2 person sauna for me. He was meticulous and cleaned all the packaging materials after the job. Would definitely call on Rick again if I had a similar project."

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"very responsive, good job. average price. easy to work with. We have been using cleaning people for a few years now. One of the best. Highly recommend"

"I could not be more pleased with the service I was provided. Both of the young men were very knowledgeable and professional. They came into my home and assessed to issue and got to work right away. All while keeping me informed. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. Thank you Southcoast cleaning solutions for everything. You’ve earned another life long customer! If you’re looking for a team to get the job done-this is the one!"
