"Nick did an outstanding job. In fact he will be cleaning our carpets on a regular schedule, that is how impressed we were."

"Very professional, friendly folks. Carpet looks new and they sent a discount for any follow-up carpet cleaning to be done in the next six months."

"Colin is very knowledgeable about carpet issues. He has extensive experience with carpet installations, repairs and cleaning. I'm confident he did as good a job stretching my carpets as possible."

"Great job! Had carpet removal done in a bedroom hallway and stairs. Very professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company."

I specialize in apartment move-outs.

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Professional and punctual. This company is phenomenally reliable. I would/have recommended this company to family, friends, and co-workers. If you need upholstery cleaned or anything this is the company to go with."

"Work was done by the owner. I had a whole house and several area rugs cleaned. The carpets are not new but they look and feel great again. There were several very soiled spots and high traffic areas were soiled and crushed. Ted did an excellent job of stain removal as well as cleaning. I would recommend this service and I will use them again."
