Global Cleaning and Restoration showed up late. After the work was done and the fabric dried, the couch still had a musty smell. I cleaned the fabric myself with white vinegar spray, rubbing alcohol, and baking soda in hopes of amending this. But the worst part is that I still discovered bits of fur and an old ziploc bag with crumbs lodged under the seat back. Global Carpet Cleaning and Restoration needs to work on their attention to detail - especially if you want to justify such a large price tag."

"The two young girls are really sweet and they mean well. Only one speaks a little English. One either had a radio on or she was on her phone all the time. She was getting sloppier and sloppier. There was a ledge in my bedroom that I realized wasn't dusted. That is funny because I really don't usually show them. I thought they kind of due for them to come and I will see how long it will take them. She finally did it finally. I put a note with arrows. This was going on for 3 to 4 months and she still did not do it. So at this time a woman I know told me that she this phenomenal cleaning lady and she was looking for work. So I thought okay you know I will change so I canceled with Season. The nice thing about having someone like Four Season is that they bring their own supplies. One was very good. I think if they had been bilingual it would have been good. I think it was a language problem."
