"Montgomery is responsive, a clear communicator, and generally a pleasant person. He and his assistance cleaned our gutters this Saturday morning. They were efficient, cleaned up everything, and the cost was slightly less than the company I hired last time. When it started pouring on Saturday evening, the difference was immediately clear. Will hire again."

"Residential Rug Care came to our place in Alexandria, Virginia with their Free Pick Up and Delivery offer. Their price was unbeatable from the two other quotes I received. Brown and Davka arrived on time, their tall van was clean, they were very professional and carefully removed our wool carpets from living and dining room. Both were returned with the stains removed, without fringe or stitching damages and the extreme cleanliness showed noticeable improvements in look and feel to the touch. Our first time using them and will refer to our friends also."

"I couldn't be happier with the carpet cleaning service! The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and did an amazing job bringing our carpets back to life. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. They were able to refresh areas I wasn't sure would ever look this good again. The carpets look and smell fantastic, and the whole house feels cleaner and brighter. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable carpet cleaning company that delivers excellent results, I highly recommend them. We will definitely be using their services again!"

"After another contractor cancelled my appointment at a late hour, I decided to find an immediate replacement. I moved furniture, cleaned the carpets and waited 4 hours for the previous contractor to cancel last minute... Which turned out to be good for me! Gerald of Carpet Magic was not only immediately responsive, he was courteous, professional and got the job done. My carpets were beyond dirty... Now they look and smell great. I took before and after pictures, they are like night and day. Carpet Magic is the only professionals I will use to clean my carpets!"

"He got something clean that I thought would never come clean! It looked brand new and he did a great job! I have already referred him to my moms house. He went above and beyond. He was very well-mannered and respectful. I was glad to see that he does car seat cleaning as well. I would rate him higher than 5 stars if I could. I have already put in a request for him to come back. -Derrick"
