"The owner, Mr. Bob Whiteman, arrived at the specified time.

He did a thorough job of cleaning our entire house carpet (it's white).  He did not rush through the job.  This is the first tiime he cleaned this carpet but we have had him 3 or 4 times previously with our old carpet and he has always done an excellent job.

I like the fact that he doesn't depend on a crew but does the work himself.   He is very professional."

"The young man arrived promptly, was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I will use them again."

Great team behind this company, passionated owners willing to go the extra mile. I would trust them with any future cleaning projects."

"This company was top notch. They were also very friendly to deal with and made the house we were moving into feel like it was brand new. They were very thorough and also a great value! I would highly recommend A Touch Of Clean."

"Mike was punctual, professional and just a nice person. Our floors looked great"

"Great! Wonderful attitude and great job. Also helped shift an 12x12 carpet with furniture on it which I couldn't budge."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. I wish I could remember his name, but he has worked for the company many years.
