"Had easy going personality and was very knowledgeable about all types of flooring and how to clean/maintain them. My mother needs carpeting and upholstery done and he lives in her area. Am hoping to get him to take care of her carpet and furniture."

"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"

"They sent 3 people and one of them I would hire her in a minute to come back and clean my house. She was really, really good. One of them was okay, and the third one would have needed supervision, but she was younger. It was fine when they were done but I can tell which room each one did because one of them was a whole lot better than the other 2. If somebody needed some work that they couldn't do like scrubbing baseboards and things like that, they were fine. I had a coupon that Angie's List had online which was 6 hours of work, but they sent 3 people and you get 2 hours. It went well. I got what I needed done. If you have housecleaning jobs that you just haven't got to for a while, they are great for it, like if you are doing spring cleaning they are probably great for coming in and doing that. They come in and do things that you just have no time to do. The price was really good. The one girl I think was just learning and the other 2 were like helping train her so I am going to judge on the 2 that knew what they were doing. They were very professional."

"The company was very responsive to my request for a re-clean after pet stains resurfaced following the initial cleaning. The technician that came back was very helpful and made a solid effort to treat the small area that needed additional attention. My only complaint is that the price of pet stain treatment was not disclosed prior to handing me the bill. Treatment was $50/room. This added $100 to my bill, which was only $150 without the pet stain treatment. I felt that since this is so much significantly higher than the cleaning cost itself for shampooing the carpets, it should have been discussed prior to billing."

"They always do a great job with the windows. They did not do a very good job on the housecleaning. They did not get the concept of what needs to be done with house cleaning. They were timely and got everything done in a reasonable amount of time."
