Mr. Aaron of Excel has latest state of the art machines to take the water from our house and uses his SAFEST chemicals on the surface of the carpets in all rooms and sucks all the dirty particles out of carpet and pushes those dirt to his machine pipes. At the end of each room SUCKING the dirt he goes to his truck and releases all the water and dirt. I was so shocked how much dirt in all rooms of our home. "Angel was punctual, courteous and professional. We needed some new padding replaced under our carpet due to water damage, as well as stretching and steam cleaning the carpet. He and another crew member completed the work quickly and his rate was reasonable.
