"My whole house is carpeted (except for the obvious areas). I had PureSteam do Everything and couldn't be happier with the results. Armando showed up on time (I was alerted via text messages with advance quote, arrival times and "en route" status). Armando was polite, considerate and conscientious. He worked very hard to complete all the rooms in about 2 hours. He even checked to make sure I had my cat secured (so she wouldn't escape during cleaning). She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Krispy Clean did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and in a very timely manner. The staff was friendly and responsive. My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."

" The person doing the cleaning was delayed about 30 minutes but called well in advance to alert us to the delay.  The carpets were refreshed and cleaned without noticeable stains remaining.  The cleaned carpet in three of the rooms is over 10 years old and now appears nearly new.  The carpet in the fourth room is only three years old and appears like it had just been installed.  The job took about two hours and the great part of the dry cleaning process versus steam cleaning is that there is no drying time.  You can walk on it immediately.. "
