I especially appreciate that he is super organized and keeps his work area tidy and clean as he goes. Pricing is very fair and assume it depends on the work effort. My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."

"Andy showed up 15 mins. early, which was fine. He set about measuring right away, and told me what my cost would be. He vacuumed the whole area to be cleaned, which I appreciated, as some companies expect the customer to vacuum first. The cleaning process was quick and efficient, and very effective, as the pet stains and odors I had were all gone. Also, the carpet is dry right away, rather than hours later like some treatments. Andy was professional, pleasant, and efficient, and had some advice for me about treatment of future stains. I will definitely use them again."
