"While I know David was fairly quick and thorough, I am not sure if the fact that it was steam cleaning made the difference in the overall feeling it was clean. In the past I had another person who cleaned most of my carpets and there was more of a clean smell and he did add a deodorizer after he cleaned the carpets. So maybe that is the reason I didn't feel the carpets got as clean as possible. I know some were pretty dirty and maybe I expected too much. But as I said before, this was first time I had steam cleaning done."

"Summary: I used Marc?s service and definitely would not recommend. He did my floor on March 8-9. The floor is still sticky in some spots 8 weeks later on May 2. Details: I found Marc on Angie?s List in Jan 2025. Checked his reviews. were good. But I was happy with how floor looked immediately after it was done. Starting a week after the job, I?ve texted him 5 times to check out the problem. He confirmed 5 times and has never showed and doesn?t follow up at all. I called him and he said he ?oh sorry, I was at your building the other day and I meant to knock on your door.? Turns out he revealed to me that the property manager hired him to work in four other units. based on my satisfaction with how the job looked the day it was completed. I just notified the prop mgr. He said he was having the same issue with sticky floors that never dry. Marc was chasing new money from the property manager but completely disregarding the original customer who found him. "I booked these people to come out and clean my mothers carpet while she was in the hospital. They assured me they would be here to clean the carpets on Monday. They never showed up but my mother was released from the hospital. So I had to keep her at my house. They never notified me they were not showing up. Not a phone call not a text. I had to call them to find out they were on the other side of the state and would not be here today. They guarantee they would be here the next day, and again they did not arrive. I called the pro number was cut off. So then I called home advisor and they basically told me to just arrange for the carpets to be done by somebody else while my mother waited at my house because her house was tore up waiting for the carpets to be done. They offered just a $10 discount on another company when they should have offered half price. I am disgusted."
