It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. Made the initial appointment but received a phone all a few days before the scheduled appointment informing me me that they have to reschedule it due to being short handed for some employees being ill at the time. I agreed to the reschedule since Ed offered a small discount for the inconvenience. When the second appointment day arrives, they were there on time and the end result was great.
