"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

Angela came to our house on a Saturday to give me an estimate on a thorough cleaning of our house.  I told her we were having company staying here the following Wednesday.  She said she and her crew were able to come on the following day after Angela first came, which I really appreciated.  After going through our home (which is a large old house), she thought it would take about 4 hours.  7 1/2 hours later she and her crew of three other women miraculously cleaned this whole house.  It has never looked so clean. There was a lot more work to do here than either Angela or I thought. They cleaned from top to bottom (walls, window ledges, removed and vacuumed cushions on living rm furniture, made beds, washed hardwood and tile floors, etc.)  They moved all the furniture, cleaned dust and dirt in places that I didn't know existed.

The bathrooms needed extra attention and they did a wonderful job.

They brought their own cleaning equipment, were very professional and worked extremely hard for the 7 1/2 hrs that they were here, without a break.

"I am a long time Angie's List loyalist (both in CA and well as MA) and have had many positive experiences over 20 years. My experience with SP General tops them all. I have NEVER had such meticulous work/workers. This was a pre move in cleaning of a large condo that had had 2000+ sq ft of hardwood floors refinished (e.g. lots of dust), a neglected Viking Stove/SubZero refrigerator; granite kitchen/baths, whirlpool, two fireplaces etc. Long and short---a lot of interior space that needed thorough but careful cleaning. It has been restored to "brand new" condition---including finished basement and garage. They are truly unbelievable--- and I am a very hard grader.
