"i have been going to Bills (proprietor) leather cleaners for over ten years.    Bill takes ultimate care in making sure he can do the best in removing any stains or water spots in my leather and or suede goods.  i have brought in purses, jackets, dresses both in leather and suede and it has always come back as PERFECT.   Bill will even call you when he receives the item to discuss the spots, his assessment  of what he can do to repair it and bring it back to new.  Worth EVERY DIME (and its reasonable) to see your item brand new again !! i have even fed ex"d items to him so he can repair for i trust no one else. "

Not only does he have a great personality but he was on time and is so precise with how he cleaned the carpets! The CleanPro system is great because it isn't the traditional way to clean the Carpet by soaking the carpet and creating "mud" under the carpet as he explained :) The carpets were very lightly damp and dried quick. "Two men arrived on time, efficiently performed the steam cleaning and carpet/tile doorway interface repair.   Tony, the owner and his assistant, were polite and provided advice about carpet stretching, quality of our carpeting/underlayment, and why bubbles appeared in our carpet after steam cleaning, without pushing to sell additional services.  By the way, the carpet bubbles disappeared after a few hours...were told that was fairly typical after steam cleaning.
