I'd never had them cleaned since they were new 7 years ago, so the dirt wear on the stair treads aren't perfect (light carpet) and I didn't expect them to be. But so much better! The time it took for the stairs to dry, though, was. way too long: nearly 2 days. I had asked for steam cleaning and am not sure this is how it should turn out. Ben and Uri were very courteous."
