I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. "They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."

My biggest disappointment was that our time changed for the day of our service and we weren't notified because for some reason "the automatic emails didn't go out for some reason on Saturday". We were very disappointed this happened as my roommate took time off work to be home for this. We did contact the company and they made amends by offering a discount on the cleaning, which we greatly appreciated. They were extremely quick but very thorough and the house looked wonderful after they finished cleaning. I do wish they had taken off their shoes on the carpet, or at least wore booties, as we had the carpets cleaned a few days before the date of service. I would definitely recommend this company and would hire them again should I ever be in need."
