Once again, he was able to get a convenient appt time right away. I have used All Pro for years. Rob always arrives right on time. He checks with me to see if I know of any problem areas, then checks for any spots and pre-treats them. He is very careful not to let his equipment cause any damage to your house by using corner protectors. He also puts styrofoam blocks under any wood chair legs to keep any stain from transferring to the carpet. His price is very fair and my carpets always turn out great. I just don't even think of using another company.

"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"

"I have used Ryan's restoration twice now when we have had water mishaps. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. They have also cleaned the carpet in a couple of rooms and did very good work.

"I purchased the floor rejuvenation package, which was a great deal, and called to have them come out and look at the floor.  I had a few trouble spots and when i called David memtioned that they would want to see those and assess them.  They discussed my options as my floor was pretty bad and they called me the next day with the quote to finish the floor.  They came on the scheduled day and began their work.  My floors look so much better.  Because they were pretty bad I didn't really expect much.  They had cleaned up almost all of the spots.  There were a couple that were there before I had the house.  Now the floor looks beautiful and matches my ceiling.  I am so glad they took my floors on and I would recommend them again.  They were great and they were honest with me which goes a long way!  Also for the job they took on I feel their pricing was very fair and I would have them come out again."
