"It was great! He was here on time, put down corner protection, and went to work. He was very professional and friendly. Carpets and chairs both look great and dried quickly. Will absolutely use them again!

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Petru is communicative, helpful, and always does an amazing job at our schools. Our schools are cleaned each night and deep cleaned twice a week, but the floor waxing and carpet cleanings make a huge difference still!"

"Prompt communication thru four full day work, very knowledgeable, and reasonable price. Work quality is good, but some areas look slightly uneven in the refinished area. The color seems noticeably lighter than the rest of kitchen cupboard and the mismatch is obvious. A couple things to note: 1) Some stain drops were splattered over the edge of every stair steps to the garage, when I tried to clean, it's got worse and left big stained areas. 2) For one day when we came back, one downstair toilet was plugged with poop and another one on second floor was with urine around. It was disgusting to clean up the toilets. On the second day, the master bedroom toilet was used despite the master room door was CLOSED and the toilet was left UNFLUSHED with poop. 3) On the final day he asked around $200 more than the estimate he had provided due to hardwood floor price change. He presented the invoice of the hardwood floor material purchased but I feel that he should have checked the price"

"I have used Ryan's restoration twice now when we have had water mishaps. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. They have also cleaned the carpet in a couple of rooms and did very good work.

"They were very thorough for what I needed.  I was getting ready for a party and wanted to have my home cleaned.  I wanted a little more done than what he was able to get to.  While I appreciated his thoroughness, I wish he would have done a more of a general job."

"Very fast and efficient and my carpets looked great for the open house."

"They are very good and friendly. They do what they say they are going to do and they have a good price. They are nice and they do a good job. The carpet is very clean. They are right on the same price as other companies, if not a little better."

"Eco clean did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were very polite."

"C & R called minutes after my SM request. After a quick explanation of the situation (3 yr. old w/1st stomach flu), I was assured that it would be cleaned/deodorized completely, satisfaction guaranteed. The 'spot', along w/rest of carpet, + a strwy & area rug were cleaned quickly & thoroughly. It's been a while now, and I can't believe how good the carpets still look. What seemed too good to be true was just another job for C & R. _The actual cost ended up over $20 LESS than the phone estimate(which was already much cheaper than the other 2 co's); _There was no weekend surcharge (unlike the other 2). I made sure he left me some of his cards!"
