"Omar and Josh arrived earlier than scheduled but called first. Were pleasant, professional and informative. They steam clean the tile and grout as well as applied a cleaning agent to the grout. Then let me choose between 4 different grout colors. On their knees with a toothbrush they meticulously applied the new grout color. upon completion my tile and grout appeared new. What a difference! Have had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and resealed a couple of times prior to this by other companies, while the results were good they pale in comparison to this cleaning and recolor. "Excellent resullts. Carpet stayed wet longer than expected but maybe that was because it is so light and traffic patterns take more to clean. When dry, they looked great the next morning. I had seen 2 areas that needed stretching and they come out great. I just wish he had pointed out an area that I had not seen before he cleaned them so it could have been stretched too. He did however say he would stretch it for free the next time he cleans them."
