When they arrived they were respectful And extremely knowledgeable. Got 2 rooms and hallway cleaned in 10-15 min and got ALL the stains out. I highly recommend this company. "Work was done by the owner. I had a whole house and several area rugs cleaned. The carpets are not new but they look and feel great again. There were several very soiled spots and high traffic areas were soiled and crushed. Ted did an excellent job of stain removal as well as cleaning.
