"The provider was late, I was prepared to call Angie's list for a refund.   He showed up about 45 minutes after the appointment time.  I later learned that he did leave a message saying he would be late, but I wasn't aware of the message when he showed up.  Once he arrived he arrived he asked what I needed done.  I pointed out the two burns mark that needed repair.  I didn't have any carpet to replace the damaged areas, so he removed some carpet from a closet.  He removed the carpet in an area where it won't be visible to guests.  He did a good job.  The repaired area blends in with the rest of the carpet, so you can't tell there was a repair.
