"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

Although our carpet wasn't able to be stretched (apparently it was installed incorrectly) they did a very thorough job cleaning them and at a reasonable rate. "I have noticed some things that are both good and bad. Maybe I am just too picky, but my upstairs bathroom was not completely drywall repaired. Some nailholes were still noticeable, as well as a gouge in the wall that was not repaired. Also, our bedroom paint seems to scratch very easily with the slightest bump. I think the 1st coat was not dry enough before the 2nd coat was applied. Also, get down in writing EXACTLY what you want done so there will be NO question about it. I must say, though, in all honestly, these 3 young men were very hard workers and very well mannered. Overall, they did an above average job."
