I especially appreciate that he is super organized and keeps his work area tidy and clean as he goes. Pricing is very fair and assume it depends on the work effort. I had the entire lower level cleaned, a sunroom, and also many upholstered chairs and armchairs cleaned. Tom is not one to take breaks and have distractions. He is 100% focused on you and your home. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! "We have hired this company twice, once to clean mattresses that had been in storage and the second time to clean all the carpeting in our house. Both times were excellent experiences. Very polite, punctual and outstanding results. We paid about $250 for one king mattress and one queen matress plus the box springs to be cleaned and about $500 for about 1800 square feet of carpet plus a rug and a flight of stairs to be cleaned."

"A little late for the initial appointment and had a poor assistant.  I got the impression she had just started her business and was overwhelmed by the response she got to the big deal she offered on Angie's List.  She did not have the proper equipment to clean blinds and used a short cut method that required her to clean them again on the next visit.  Michele made up for the poor assistant by not counting the time the assistant spent in the house against the contract total.  She was far more prepared and professional the remainder of the visits to finish the contract.  She seems to be a very good person that is working hard to do the best possible cleaning job and be as professional as possible.  All in all, I was pleased with the job and I would expect her to continue to get better and more professional in the future.  As a result I would use her again if I have the need.

"We had a troublesome issue with allergies to mold.  We had it remediated by another company, but I was still experiencing symptoms after having it removed and cleaning the duct work.  Jymrsa was called by our HVAC guy to get a reading on the house to see what the levels of mold were in the places where I was experiencing reactions.   The JYMRSA team was professional, on time, and very respectful of us and our house.  With the mold, the levels weren't high but it turns out I am very sensitive to it.  It brought me great comfort to know that the mold was normal everyday mold and not toxic.  We had them do a carpet cleaning in the whole house (all carpet!) and it helped too.  The house smelled better and my reaction was lessened a bit by that step.  As an added bonus, they were even able to remove some stains that I worried might be there to stay.  If you have a mold problem, the process is a lot like peeling the layers off an onion.  You have to work one step at a time and I'd definately recommend JYMRSA. They're knowledgeable, they didn't use scare tactics, and they were respectful.
