She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."

A large dent was in my plaster wall because they leaned a metal ladder against a different wall and it fell against a corner and taking chunk out of corner and then fell down and de Ted solid walnut special trim. I specifically asked them to be extremely careful to not hang vacuum against the woodwork and they did."
