Tony and his crew were there within minutes of getting the call. They did outstanding remediation work. After that, we had him clean our carpets and upholstery regularly. We sold our house and moved to an apartment. When Tony said they wouldn't be able to clean our 3rd floor apartment, I asked if he could recommend a stain remover. I'd never had them cleaned since they were new 7 years ago, so the dirt wear on the stair treads aren't perfect (light carpet) and I didn't expect them to be. But so much better!
