Bob called me back and we talked about where in the house the carpet was that needed to be cleaned, how old the carpet is and if there are any areas I wanted then to focus on. Bobby and Zach came to the house that day. They were on time and very friendly. They did a great job with the carpet and I even asked them to clean 2 kitchen chairs that were upholstered...they looked as good as new! I would highly recommend them. Our carpet is 20 years old and it looks and feels great!"

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "He and his coworker came for an estimate and were ready to get started as soon as I said yes to the estimate (even though it was late in the day). Their estimate was nice because it included not only some trouble shooting, drying,and clean up. I had another estimate where they said they could do clean up but I would need someone else to put the carpets and get the walls back, etc. I liked that they could do everything all together. They were such hard workers-evenings, weekends,etc. They were very pleasant and professional. Always put on those little booties to protect your home from outside dirt!  You could tell this is a family owned and operated business and they are committed to making it work. The owner was there each time and he answered questions well and I felt he was very honest and trustworthy. He also made comments on some things we could do to help prevent this from happening in the future. The work they did was very thorough. Drying process took a few days and they came regularly to check on the work.  The carpet stains came out and were dried. The walls were cleaned and put back in their original place. Would definitely recommend them!
