"My husband and I decided to have our carpet cleaned in an effort to buy us some time before replacing the carpet. We needed the LR, DR, 3 BR and a high traffic pattern cleaned. Ron Hobbs did a fabulous job. He was on time for the appointment and the job was completed in approximately 90 minutes. Now, I'm not feeling pressured to purchase new carpet immediately because my old carpet is refreshed and clean. Going forward I'll call Ron annually to clean our carpet."

"The owner, Mr. Bob Whiteman, arrived at the specified time.

He did a thorough job of cleaning our entire house carpet (it's white).  He did not rush through the job.  This is the first tiime he cleaned this carpet but we have had him 3 or 4 times previously with our old carpet and he has always done an excellent job.

I like the fact that he doesn't depend on a crew but does the work himself.   He is very professional."

"I would definitely use them again! They cleaned the basement carpet in a house we are moving into. We were dealing with some serious stains and stink from pets. It looks and smells great now! They were also so fast."

"I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. I wish I could remember his name, but he has worked for the company many years.

"Excellent from the first phone contact to Clearwater, to a phone conversation with the owner about what I had done to try and clean the cream out of the rug, to the free pick up, amazing cleaning, and delivery.  That was on the two antique rugs. They did a great job on our hallway and bedroom cleaning.  Explaining how they do it and why. The old lounge chair almost looks new again.  Great job. Very professional, competitively priced, an independent, did a great job!  I assure you, you will be pleased."
