"Tim and Alba Steamer did an excellent job. I searched on Grok for a highly rated and locally reviewed professional carpet and upholstery cleaner. Alba Steamer came up first. I called the number and Tim actually answered the phone. He was professional and thorough in explaining what he does and was able to fit me in his schedule 3 days later. While in my home he was professional and got to work. After each piece of furniture, he asked me if it was clean to my expectations. I was very pleased with the results. I have a white sectional sofa, white upholstered kitchen chairs and a white area rug. I also have 2 dogs. They all came out exceptionally clean. There were a few spots that didn’t come perfectly clean but it was not for lack of trying. He also cleaned the runner on my staircase which came out beautiful! I would highly recommend Tim and Alba Steamer and I will be scheduling him again!"
